This is an opportunity to address parental concerns about paying for college. While I am not licensed to provide investment advice, I can offer deeper insights into aspects of higher education costs and ways to afford them, with an eye to individual situations. It is best if parents arrive at this session with a printout/download of the FASFA Student Aid Report (SAR) that details the Expected Family Contribution (EFC), as well as a willingness to discuss details about any college savings, additional resources, and an idea of their monthly budgets, but we will also use this time to discuss a variety of options that they can explore further with financial aid officers. All conversations remain confidential.
